How do I order a portable building?

You can contact our sales team via phone or email, or use our 3D Shed Builder to design your own. Once you’re happy with the design, submit your order directly online or contact us to finalize details. Stop by any of our display locations to browse available buildings.

Yes! We offer free delivery within 50 miles of our sales lots throughout the State. Delivery beyond that range is available for an additional fee.

We recommend a level site with a gravel or concrete pad to ensure proper drainage and long-term stability. You can find more tips in our Site Prep Guide.

Absolutely! You can customize dimensions, colors, siding, roofing (shingles or metal), windows, doors, porches, and interior features using our 3D builder with Augmented Reality view.

Augmented Reality allows you to virtually place your custom-designed building on your property using your smartphone or tablet. It gives you a real-time, to-scale preview of how your shed or garage will look in your yard—helping you make the best design and placement decisions.

Our buildings range from compact 8×8 utility sheds to spacious 16×52 garages. We’ll help you choose the right size for your space and needs.

Custom orders typically take 4–6 weeks, depending on the season and complexity. In-stock buildings may be delivered even sooner.

We do not. We recommend checking with Marine Credit Union. We have a working relationship with them.

Yes. All of our structures are hand-built on-site in Athens, Wisconsin by experienced craftsmen using high-quality materials.

We offer a range of upgrade options including workbenches, shelving, electrical packages, insulation, and more—just ask during your quote!

We require 10% of the total at time of purchase. The balance is due upon delivery.

We recommend clearing the area of debris, leveling the ground, and using a gravel pad or concrete foundation to promote drainage and prevent settling.
